Job summary

Accenture in Houston is seeking a Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning and HR. The role involves leading Workday workstreams, shaping global engagement plans, and advising clients on best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support regulatory reporting and year-end close, and contribute to a market-leading advisory practice while traveling

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Sr. Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on and offshore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
