Qualifications

• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday HCM, benefits, compensation, applicant tracking, reporting, leaves, time and time off management, and vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday generalist and guide discussions on Workday configuration in HCM, benefits, compensation, and reporting.
• Research, diagnose and resolve issues; support Workday releases and educate the HR team on fixes and enhancements.
• Oversee Workday operations, maintain documentation, and produce reports to aid HR decision-making.
