KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory Technology to lead Workday security engagements. The role focuses on security implementation, control assessment, and helping clients optimize security and governance within Workday.

The position requires 2+ years of Workday experience, a relevant degree with Workday certifications, and the ability to travel up to 80%. Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills are essential to success in this consulting environment.

Competenze

• Two years of recent Workday implementation experience in Financials or HCM.
• Bachelor's degree in an accredited field; Workday Financials or HCM certifications preferred.
• Project or team lead experience in a consulting firm; strong written/verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Desire to grow skills and knowledge; become an expert in Workday security and controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, take accountability and resolve issues.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls
