Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Configurator II, Workday to lead advanced security configuration, governance, and production support across the Workday ecosystem. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to design scalable security solutions and ensure adherence to least-privilege principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience with security configuration.
• Experience implementing least-privilege access and role-based controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable security solutions.
• Experience supporting security audits and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday security configuration and design across Core HCM and related areas.
• Maintain security groups, policies, and access permissions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Perform security impact assessments for changes and releases.
