Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer/Engineering, Data/Industrial, or Accounting) required.
• 8+ years of Workday Financials experience including Accounting Center and Prism Analytics.
• Hands-on with advanced Workday reporting tools and integration frameworks.
• Demonstrated SOX-compliant reporting and financial data governance experience.
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday Security setup and role-based permissions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced cross-functional reporting solutions (Matrix, Advanced, Composite).
• Analyze requirements, identify data sources, validate logic, design scalable reports.
• Architect and maintain Prism Analytics pipelines and Accounting Center solutions.
• Maintain effective-dated financial reports across consolidations with SOX compliance.
• Troubleshoot report issues (security, dating, fields, performance, scheduling).
• Uphold governance, naming conventions, QA for Workday reporting.
• Mentor report writers and analysts on best practices.
• Monitor Workday releases and implement enhancements.
