Job summary

Caprus It seeks an experienced QA professional to lead testing efforts for Workday-based solutions in the United States. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure quality across modules.

You will develop test plans, scripts and cases for new features, execute manual tests with tools like JIRA and Confluence, and analyze UAT data to drive process improvements. Strong SQL and Agile/Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of QA Testing experience with Workday Testing.
• Strong understanding of HCM concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and cases for new features and enhancements in Workday.
• Execute manual tests using various tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to track progress and provide updates on defects found during testing.
• Analyze data from UAT sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
