Job summary

DMI is seeking a Quality Assurance/Testing Lead to guide QA efforts for ERP implementations, with a preferred focus on Workday. You will design test strategies, develop test artifacts, and drive testing across the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes while maintaining schedules. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test and QA Lead in ERP implementations, preferably with Workday (Workday experience is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fingerprint background investigation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Define the scope of testing activities across unit, integration, system, UAT, and performance testing.
• Create test cases, user scenarios, and test scripts; ensure traceability with JIRA.
• Coordinate all testing activities and maintain a test schedule; allocate resources.
• Implement QA processes and conduct regular reviews of testing deliverables.
• Establish and manage a defect-tracking process with timely resolutions.
• Prepare and present test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
