Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Architect to lead end-to-end payroll implementations in the U.S., with time tracking and absence capabilities. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, guiding cross-functional teams and managing risks to ensure on-time delivery.

You will mentor junior consultants, coordinate with stakeholders, and extend advisory services beyond delivery to foster long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Payroll certification required.
• 5+ years of architecting and delivering Workday implementations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations including U.S. Payroll with Time Tracking, Scheduling, or Absence.
• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment and risk management.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and drive delivery excellence across engagements.
