Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Workday consultant focused on Workday HCM implementations.
• Workday and report writing certification(s) demonstrating expertise in Workday Consulting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
• Configure and implement Workday recruiting modules based on client needs.
• Advise clients on best practices for Workday implementation.
