CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. You will lead Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio efforts, collaborating with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure accurate data exchange.

The role requires 5+ years of Hands-on Workday integration experience, strong problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of Workday APIs. A bachelor's degree is required; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years' experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
• Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I Certification

Responsabilités

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems, leading design and development.
• Develop Workday Extend applications and configure integrations.
• Build modular Workday Orchestrate workflows and connect external APIs.
• Utilize Workday Studio and pre-built connectors for data mapping and transformations.
• Oversee deployment of integrations and ensure smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and adapt integrations accordingly.
• Support ongoing incidents and drive continuous improvement.
