Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer in Boise, Idaho. You will design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations, leveraging Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio, while ensuring data flows with external systems such as payroll, HR, and finance.

You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders, implement best practices, and contribute to deployment and data migration efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years' experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
• Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer I Certification

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, HR, finance, etc.).
• Develop Workday Extend applications and orchestrations; configure REST/SOAP web services and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors to integrate with third-party apps.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and maintain best practices.
• Build Workday integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions to production environments.
• Assist with data migration and quarterly Workday releases compatibility.
• Document workflows and provide training to developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for integration components.
• Stay current on Workday features and continuously improve integration solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for seamless data exchange.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
