Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday dashboards, reports, discovery boards, and related data solutions.
• Translate HR stakeholder needs into practical reporting and insights solutions.
• Consult with HR on program measurement, data needs, and recurring reporting.
• Analyze workforce trends to support talent decisions and program outcomes.
• Maintain data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues; ensure consistent definitions.
• Enable self-service, promote dashboard adoption, and coordinate with HR Technology on standards.
