Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, information systems, computer science or a related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible HRIS, Workday or HR technology experience.
• At least five years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and application support experience.
• Experience must include leading complex solution design and partnering directly with HR or business stakeholders.

• Serve as the senior functional and configuration lead for Workday HCM across multiple modules.
• Partner with HR process owners, employees, managers and other stakeholders to understand the business problem and desired outcome.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, including business processes, rules, validations and reports.
• Lead design discussions, explain options, risks and downstream impacts, and balance requirements with platform standards.
• Mentor and coach less-experienced HRIS team members and guide solution design and testing.
