Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a Workday HCM Senior Manager to lead client engagements, design and implement Workday HCM solutions, and drive successful project outcomes across multiple U.S. locations.

The role requires hands-on Workday configuration, strong client management skills, and a willingness to travel up to 10% to client sites. You will contribute to the growth of Armanino's Workday practice and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Workday consultant with HCM focus.
• Workday HCM Certification required plus two related HCM certifications.
• Ability to travel to client sites ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into Workday HCM solutions.
• Configure and implement Workday Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document system design.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for clients.
• Support data conversion and integrations with Workday.
• Provide end-user training and assist with change management.
