In this role, you will lead functional workstreams, coordinate offshore teams, and provide production support while partnering with client stakeholders to drive practical, best-practice Workday outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday experience.
• Hands-on with Core HCM, Workday Security and Talent/Recruiting.
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills.
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Strong ability to provide Workday recommendations as an SME.
• Strong understanding of Workday production/operational support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Workday Functional SME for Core HCM, Security, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Work directly with client business teams and stakeholders on requirements, issues, and solutions.
• Provide Workday best-practice recommendations and functional guidance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Lead and coordinate offshore Workday teams supporting ongoing operations.
• Manage operational support activities, issues, enhancements, and production problems.
• Serve as the liaison between the client/business teams and offshore delivery teams.
• Provide functional leadership and ensure timely resolution of Workday issues.
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, solution reviews, and status meetings.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and Workday improvements.

The ideal candidate will serve as a primary client-facing SME, working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide Workday recommendations, resolve functional issues, and support ongoing operations.
