Job summary

Incline Alchemy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financials Consultant to triage and lead Workday Financials Production Services requests.

You will partner with customers to troubleshoot, design solutions, update configurations, and ensure effective knowledge transfer across multiple Workday Financials workstreams. The role requires active Workday Financials certifications, 5+ years of hands-on experience, and the ability to guide customers to optimal solutions while balancing multiple priorities and

Qualifications

• Active Workday Financials partner certifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Workday Financials experience including production support and implementations.
• Strong ability to analyze reporting requirements and build Workday reports from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Triage new Workday Financials Production Services requests and lead or assign cases.
• Design and configure solutions, demonstrate functionality, assist with testing, and transfer knowledge.
• Handle issues across Financial Accounting, Budgets, Banking, Asset Management, and Procurement.
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain strong customer communication.
• Collaborate with other Alchemy leads and consultants and participate in process improvements.
