Job summary

Zeal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Workday Extend & Integration Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom Workday Extend applications and enterprise integrations across HCM and Financial Management ecosystems.

You will leverage Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver tailored experiences, automate workflows, and bridge custom business logic within Workday UI. The role requires hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Workday tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience within the Workday ecosystem.
• 1–2 years of focused hands-on development using Workday Extend (building pages, custom objects, and orchestrations).
• Solid understanding of core Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management.
• Proficiency with Advanced & Matrix Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Domain/BP Security configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom Workday Extend apps and enterprise integrations.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors integrations.
• Ensure security policies, domain restrictions, and role-based permissions for Extend apps.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain design documentation and ICDs.
