Vitalant is seeking a Sr ERP Developer – Workday to design, develop, and support enterprise Workday integrations that align with business needs. You will work with partners across IT and business teams to implement secure, scalable solutions and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, testing, and documentation while guiding junior developers and maintaining compliance with data security policies. Remote work within the United States is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years building integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Plan testing and ensure deployments meet quality and security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain documentation.
