ADET IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Security Analyst to support the CUNY Workday HR and Finance deployment. The consultant will play a key role in mapping and migrating security roles, designing security governance structures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a 100% remote role requiring availability during standard Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security analysis and documentation of existing PeopleSoft roles and permissions
• Map and migrate security roles to Workday, implementing RBAC best practices
• Define and implement security policies and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, NIST)
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Develop training materials and documentation on Workday security procedures
• Work cross-functionally with project and technical teams to integrate secure access controls
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents throughout the implementation
• Provide ongoing security advisory and remediation strategies during deployment lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years (84+ months) of experience in:
• Security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles
• Security role migration to Workday and RBAC implementation
• Designing and enforcing security policies aligned to SOX, GDPR, and NIST
• Conducting risk assessments and delivering remediation strategies
• Developing training materials and knowledge transfer on Workday security
• Collaborating with cross-functional ERP implementation teams
• Resolving complex identity and access management issues
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Workday Pro Security Certification (preferred)
• Experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c PS4 (preferred)
