Job summary

vTech Solution seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead stabilization and resolution of complex Workday benefits and payroll production issues. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP, payroll, finance, business analysts, technical teams, and external vendors to drive issue resolution from analysis through closure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience supporting complex business processes.
• 3+ years of recent experience managing large-scale projects.
• Experience implementing ERP systems, especially Workday environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, issue management, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SDLC and tools such as Asana, MS Project, or Jira.
• PMP or CAPM certification required; Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of production issues related to Workday benefits, payroll deductions, retirement contributions, eligibility, and vendor integrations.
• Maintain and manage a centralized backlog of issues, priorities, dependencies, owners, and closure criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP, payroll, finance, business analysts, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective action, testing, deployment, reconciliation, and employee remediation.
• Manage project schedules, risks, decisions, escalations, and executive status reporting.
• Oversee test planning, validation, release readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure accountability, timely follow-up, and resolution of blockers across workstreams.
