Join a well-established and growing U.S.-based organization as we continue to enhance our HR technology landscape. We’re looking for a Senior Workday Benefits Analyst to take ownership of our Workday Benefits module—helping to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and drive real impact for our employees.

About the Role

As the Senior Workday Benefits Analyst, you’ll be the subject matter expert for all things related to Benefits configuration in Workday. You’ll collaborate closely with internal HR teams and external vendors, ensuring our benefit offerings are effectively administered and optimized through the system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Benefits modules (Health Care, Retirement, ACA, etc.)
  • Partner with vendors to maintain EDI files and integrations
  • Support Open Enrollment, including setup, execution, and audit processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end resolution within Workday
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new programs and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with a focus on Benefits configuration
  • Strong understanding of U.S. benefits programs, policies, and compliance
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize system processes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and drive results
