Leapros Skilled Trades in Fresno, CA is seeking a Principal IT Business Applications professional with deep Workday expertise to lead the technology roadmap and deliver integrated HCM, Finance, Payroll solutions. This senior individual-contributor and leadership role requires 12+ years in enterprise applications, hands-on Workday experience, and the ability to partner with HRIS, HR, Finance, and IT teams.

The position is permanent, onsite in Fresno five days a week.

Qualifications

• More than 12 years of enterprise application experience.
• Significant Workday experience across HCM, Benefits, Finance, and Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with security administration and compliance controls.
• Proven success managing large programs using Agile or Waterfall.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday architecture, configuration, and technical support across modules.
• Develop and manage the Workday program roadmap.
• Design and maintain Workday integrations and data exchanges with Payroll, Finance, benefits providers, and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage Workday security administration and RBAC, audit requirements, and compliance.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives.
