Job Description

This role is a key contributor to the implementation and support of Workday in our business. We seek candidates experienced in managing HRIS data and processes, eager to grow their skills as we expand system functionalities and employee scope.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Provide daily system support for Workday HCM, Benefits, Reporting, and Compensation.
  2. Oversee administration of Workday workflows, ensuring best practices and consistency.
  3. Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to define requirements, develop reports, and build metrics.
  4. Lead data validation, analysis, documentation, and data migration activities.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot vendor interfaces and integrations.
  6. Implement user-friendly business processes and controls for auditing and sustainability.
  7. Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
  8. Lead projects, including meetings, updates, and deadline adherence.
  9. Manage system integrations, troubleshooting, and change design.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Workday Reporting, including matrix reporting and calculated fields.
  • Experience with outbound Workday Integrations, XSLT development, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, and support ambiguity.
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Cross-training capabilities and teamwork orientation.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of Workday administrative experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Expected travel: 5-10%
