This role involves designing Adaptive Planning solutions and managing organizational change. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial planning and Adaptive Insights, along with leadership experience. You will drive innovation, oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in FP&A, Financial systems, or Enterprise Planning.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights, including complex model design.
• Previous client and/or people leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
