Job summary

Rite-Hite seeks an experienced Workato Developer to support enterprise integration and automation across the organization. You will manage incidents, deliver enhancements, and contribute to strategic projects requiring Workato expertise, including AI-driven automations and Genies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on Workato development experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging skills and ability to perform root-cause analyses.
• Experience with API integrations and API management concepts within Workato.
• Experience integrating or supporting Reltio solutions and other enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support integrations and automations using the Workato platform.
• Manage and resolve incidents, defects, and support requests in the integration queue.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to stabilize systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data inconsistencies across connected systems.

This role will be responsible for managing incidents and support requests within the integration queue, delivering enhancements, and participating in strategic projects requiring Workato expertise.The ideal candidate has strong technical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with Workato integrations and API management, and familiarity with AI capabilities such as building Workato Genies.
