Job Title: Integration Architect (Workday & Workato)

Location: Remote

Position Type: 12+ Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to design, build, and oversee robust enterprise integration solutions across a complex construction technology ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise integration patterns and architect a scalable orchestration layer connecting Workday, COINS ERP, and supporting data platforms using Workato. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on architecture expertise with deep knowledge of enterprise data flows and governance models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable integration frameworks connecting Workday, COINS ERP, and core business platforms leveraging Workato.
• Architect end-to-end automated workflows to ensure real-time, reliable synchronization of critical business data across large-scale construction project lifecycles.
• Establish enterprise integration patterns, reusable middleware frameworks, and data governance models to drive seamless interoperability and operational efficiency.
• Build secure, high-performance middleware solutions leveraging C# and Azure cloud services while maintaining modern integration best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to translate complex enterprise requirements into maintainable, long-term technical solutions.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Proven experience as an Integration Architect designing enterprise-grade integration environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Workato and Workday integration models.
• Solid background working with ERP platforms (experience with COINS ERP or similar construction platforms is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in C# and Azure services for building secure middleware and APIs.
• Demonstrated track record of defining governance, design standards, and reusable integration patterns.
• Strong communication skills and experience operating effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
