Job summary

WANotifier is a B2B SaaS WhatsApp marketing platform and official Meta Tech Partner. You will join a Pune-based team to develop an enterprise-grade SaaS built on WordPress with Bedrock WP. The role focuses on high-quality PHP/WordPress development, React frontend, and seamless REST API integrations.

The position is hybrid in Pune, offering growth in a fast-growing startup with strong emphasis on code quality and AI-assisted productivity using Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.

Qualifications

• Full-stack AI-native senior software engineer with WordPress / PHP / React.js experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant tech stack.
• Backend excellence in PHP, WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Frontend proficiency: HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and React.js.
• Knowledge of WordPress core, REST API, Bedrock, Composer, WP CLI and best practices.
• Ability to learn and implement 3rd party APIs and internal APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve custom features for our SaaS product powered by WordPress and PHP.
• Work with Bedrock WP and advanced development workflow.
• Write enterprise-grade, high-performance, robust code.
• Build native 3rd party integrations and REST APIs.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with the team to add features, fix bugs and train others.

Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm IST Mon to Fri

Salary: ₹10L to ₹18L CTC

You’ll be working on a full-fledged, enterprise grade SaaS product built on WordPress with modern architecture (Bedrock WP), that’s already handling millions of messages and requests each month.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve custom features for our SaaS product powered WordPress, Custom PHP, React,js etc.

• Work with modern WordPress architecture (Bedrock WP) with an advanced development workflow.

• Work on a mature codebase and write enterprise grade, high performant, robust code.

• Build native 3rd party integrations and custom REST APIs.

• Build using top notch AI tools (Claude Code/Codex $200/mon plan) to 2x your productivity and produce better code faster.

• Collaborate with the development team for building new features, fix bugs, make updates, knowledge sharing, training etc.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Loves to build stuff and has OCD for quality code

• Is excellent in backend: PHP, custom WordPress and WooCommerce development

• Is great in frontend: HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and React.js

• Knows WordPress core, REST API, Bedrock, Composer, WP CLI and WP best practices

• Can learn, adapt and implement 3rd party API and build internal APIs

• Can work independently and generate bug-free code, the first time around

• Have decent experience with dev tools like Git, Postman etc

• Is easy to work and is a team player

• Knows how to use AI-tools for increasing efficiency
