Job summary

TruStile Doors, LLC in Iowa seeks a Quality Manager to lead a quality team and own the Quality Management System. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure customer specifications are met, and minimize defects and warranty claims across the wood door manufacturing process.

You will partner with Engineering, Production, Scheduling, Finishing, and Customer Service to embed quality in every stage from order review to final shipment, while reporting to the plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, quality management or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience leading QMS and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality Coordinators, Inspectors, and quality staff.
• Develop, implement, and improve the plant QMS and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Lead internal audits and corrective action programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service on quality goals.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive defect prevention across operations.
