Responsibilities

Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical and performance outerwear categories.
Produce technical drawings, tech packs, and garment construction details.
Select materials, insulation systems and trims based on product needs.
Develop silhouettes balancing women’s fit with technical performance.
Monitor marketplace with trend and competitive research for new silhouettes and features.
Collaborate with Production and overseas manufacturing partners on costing and cost optimization.
Incorporate AI-powered technology into design and development workflows.
Research new AI design technologies to improve development processes.
Maintain communication with Merchandising, Production and overseas factories throughout the lifecycle.
