Senior WMS Support Engineer - Nike Retail Services Inc - Memphis, TN

Analysis, design, implementation, operations, and support of the organization's IT resources, systems, and software/database products. Develop information technology strategies, policies, and plans. Coordinate software issues with development and operation teams, supporting configuration, security, monitoring, and reporting processes. Communicate complex information effectively to audiences unfamiliar with the subject matter.

Act as a resource to teammates; evaluate and select appropriate actions using research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Implement enhancements, data migration, system migration, and integration projects. Address new business requirements by discussing and providing solutions. Perform configuration, development testing, and production support for WMS Systems, Material Handling Equipment Systems, RF Technology, and Manhattan Frameworks.

Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY.

Minimum Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and two (2) years of experience in the role or a related computer occupation.
