Job summary

Blue Yonder, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior Support Engineer to drive WMS deployment, optimize integrations, and lead end-to-end technical delivery for customers across industries.

You will design, implement, test, and validate WMS solutions, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful go-lives, maintain high availability, and push continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in WMS or related roles.
• Experience with scripting languages Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
• Basic networking and OS knowledge (Windows or Linux).
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, optimization, and end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
• Provide technical delivery aspects and oversee provisioning, validation, and deployment across integrated systems.
• Lead technical discussions and design solutions for WMS integrations with various applications.
• Define product roadmaps for migrations to latest WMS versions and best practices.
• Coordinate testing phases and ensure quality assurance of implemented solutions.
