The Senior WMS E-commerce Business Analyst who is bilingual in Chinese and English will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for e-commerce operations. Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes related to WMS and e-commerce operations
• Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to implement system enhancements
