The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing reverse logistics processes within our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves collecting data, identifying trends, and working closely with operational teams to enhance efficiency in product returns, repairs, and inventory management, while leveraging bilingual capabilities to facilitate effective communication with our Chinese-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reverse logistics processes to identify efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop solutions for product returns
• Utilize WMS data to generate comprehensive reports and analysis
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders regarding logistics processes
• Implement best practices for inventory management and repair processes

Minimum Requirements
