VCO Systems is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant / WMOS Design Lead to drive design, configuration, testing, and client delivery for WMOS-based warehouse solutions across the U.S. and with global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience implementing, designing, configuring, or supporting Manhattan WMOS.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the Manhattan WM Open Systems platform.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional design or solution design activities on WMOS implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end distribution center processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Strength in WMOS configuration, data models, and table relationships.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, data validation, testing, and analysis.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing cycles.
• Experience working with integrations between WMOS and enterprise applications.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently lead workstreams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and solution design for WMOS implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops with business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate warehouse requirements into scalable WMOS designs and configurations.
• Define end-to-end process flows across receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
• Develop functional design documents, configuration specs, and process flows.
• Review requirements and identify gaps, risks, and design alternatives.
• Provide guidance on WMOS configuration, data models, interfaces, and workflows.
• Lead testing strategy across SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end validation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using SQL and WMOS data models.
• Collaborate with developers, integration teams, architects, and clients.
• Support WMOS integrations with ERP, TMS, automation, and material handling.
• Mentor junior consultants and offshore delivery teams.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Participate in solution estimation, planning, and design reviews.
• Identify opportunities for warehouse optimization beyond basic configuration.
