You will collaborate with chipset vendors, write efficient code, and optimize wireless performance for scalable, reliable connectivity. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in wireless driver development, with hands‑on experience in Wi‑Fi 6/7 and Bluetooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of relevant wireless driver development experience (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, or Thread).
• Hands‑on experience integrating Wi‑Fi 6/7 and Bluetooth into consumer devices.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming and wireless protocol basics (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Ability to troubleshoot driver issues with Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth/Thread and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early evaluation of wireless chipsets and perform bring‑up tasks.
• Design and implement a unified framework for integrating diverse chipsets.
• Develop and optimize wireless drivers and firmware for high performance and mesh reliability.
• Research 802.11 protocols and stay current with new standards for certification software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
