Mission Driven Search in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Wireless Communications Systems Engineer to lead the design, modeling, and verification of advanced wireless systems. The role requires collaboration across RF, digital, and software teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring delivery across the full development lifecycle.

The position is hybrid with at least 3 on-site days weekly (Mon, Wed, Thu) in Los Angeles, CA, and requires U.S. citizenship for government-contract work.

Competenze

• MS or PhD in wireless communications and signal processing.
• 7+ years in the design and development of wireless systems.
• Experience across the complete wireless development cycle: from design to field.

• System design and requirement specification.
• Algorithmic development, simulation, implementation, and testing.
• System performance simulation, benchmarking, and testing.
• Fixed point modeling and FPGA design and verification support.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team for product and feature development as needed.
