Job summary

Mass General Brigham Digital seeks a Senior Wireless Network Engineer to support reliable voice, wireless, and data networks for care teams, researchers, employees, and patients. You will help modernize infrastructure through automation and thoughtful design.

Reporting to the Manager of Network Engineering, you will own incoming requests, manage queues, and ensure services remain secure, available, and aligned with organizational needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in telecommunications analyst or network engineering, healthcare experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with networking and internetworking devices and software, supporting large mission-critical internetworks.
• Valid wireless certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CWNA, or ECSE.
• CCNA or CCNP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming network engineering work, provisioning workflows, and incident requests.
• Support and automate highly available network infrastructure across LAN and WAN environments.
• Use scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices to standardize deployment and management.
• Apply CI/CD practices to ensure reliable delivery of network and data solutions.
• Provide technical support for telecommunications, wireless, and network issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support integration of telecom and network systems.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
