Reporting to the Manager of Network Engineering, you will own incoming requests, manage queues, and ensure services remain secure, available, and aligned with organizational needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Manager of Network Engineering, the Senior Network Engineer monitors work requests, provisioning queues, and incident queues through a computerized tracking system. In this role, you will take ownership of incoming requests, collaborate with teammates, and help ensure that network and telecommunications services remain available, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.
