Job summary

Reporting to the Manager of Network Engineering, you will monitor requests, provision and automate networks, and ensure security, availability, and performance across campus LAN/WAN using Cisco controllers, DNAC, Ekahau, Python, and NETCONF/YANG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in telecommunications/network engineering, healthcare preferred.
• Valid wireless certifications (CCNA Wireless, CWNA, CCNP desirable).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network engineering work and incident queues.
• Automate deployments and maintain secure, high-availability campus networks.
• Support and troubleshoot wireless, VoIP, and network issues across LAN/WAN.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document changes in incident logs.
