Job summary

Texas Children's Hospital in Houston seeks a Senior Network Analyst to design, deploy, and maintain the enterprise WLAN and wired networks across campus and remote sites. You will troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize wireless performance, while aligning with security requirements.

You will collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams, perform site surveys, RF analysis, and develop documentation and standards to support upgrades and new technologies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree can substitute four years of work experience.
• Master’s degree can substitute for two years of work experience.
• Current vendor/industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain WLAN infrastructure across campus and remote environments.
• Manage wireless incidents and service requests with SLA-aligned troubleshooting and documentation.
• Perform site surveys, RF analysis, spectrum analysis to optimize coverage.
• Configure and manage enterprise wireless controllers, APs, SSIDs, RF profiles, and security policies.
• Collaborate with network, security, systems, and infrastructure teams on upgrades and deployments.
