Qualifications

• 7 years' information systems experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree can substitute four years of experience.
• Master’s degree can substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise WLAN infrastructure across corporate, campus, and remote environments.
• Manage wireless incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and documentation per SLAs.
• Monitor wireless infrastructure and proactively identify outages, degradation, and capacity constraints.
• Perform wireless site surveys, RF analysis, spectrum analysis, and heat-map assessments to optimize coverage.
• Configure and manage enterprise wireless controllers, APs, SSIDs, RF profiles, and security policies.
• Collaborate with network, security, systems, and infrastructure teams on wireless integrations and upgrades.
