Resideo is seeking a Senior RF & EMC Certification Engineer to support wireless regulatory certification testing, EMC testing, and laboratory quality programs in Golden Valley, MN. This role combines FCC and ISED testing with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab activities.
You will work with product teams to ensure pre‑compliance testing and certification readiness, support NPI programs, and expand internal testing capabilities across Resideo’s product portfolio.
Competenze
- Demonstrated expertise in EMC, RF, regulatory compliance from relevant experience.
- Experience performing FCC and/or ISED Canada testing for wireless products.
- Experience evaluating products using Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and other RF tech.
- Knowledge of FCC Part 15, ISED RSS standards, and EMC regulatory requirements.
- Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab environments.
Mansioni
- Operate and maintain the Golden Valley Wireless & EMC Compliance Laboratory.
- Support ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System improvements and accreditation readiness.
- Prepare calibration, procedures, quality records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and management reviews.
- Develop test plans and reports for FCC, ISED, EMC testing and regulatory packages.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify compliance risks and solutions.
- Support NPI and sustaining engineering across business groups.
