Job summary

Ubiquiti Inc. in Draper, UT is seeking an EMC/RF test engineer to evaluate products against EMI/EMC, FCC, ISED, and EU requirements. You will develop test plans, perform measurements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to interpret results, generate detailed test reports, and help optimize test setups. A Bachelor’s in engineering and hands-on EMC/WiFi testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering with 2 years EMC testing experience.
• Experience with EMC testing for Wireless/WiFi is preferred.
• Familiar with EMC test automation software such as EMC32 or BAT-EMC.
• Knowledge of test instruments: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, antennas.
• Understanding of ISO-17025 accreditation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate EMC/RF test plans and test reports.
• Review, analyze, and interpret EMC/RF test results; communicate to cross functional teams.
• Collaborate with EMC/RF troubleshooting efforts.
• Perform product change assessment for EMC and identify applicable EMC tests.
• Develop and validate EMC/RF test setups in line with standards (CFR 47 Part 15.247, etc.).
