Job description

Lead the charge in building world-class Industrial Control Systems! As a Senior Wire Technician, you’ll tackle the most complex projects, mentor the team, and ensure every system meets the highest standards of performance and safety.

This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Independently assemble and test complete electrical and pneumatic systems.
  • Connect and test components (DeltaV™, Ovation™, PLCs, relays, transmitters, solenoid valves).
  • Apply expert knowledge of NEC, wiring codes, and diagnostic techniques to solve challenges.
  • Drive quality and efficiency while meeting customer and schedule requirements.
  • Provide hands‑on training and leadership to Wire Technicians I and II.

  • Expert knowledge of electrical theory and principles.
  • Mastery of the tools and equipment used in the electrical trades.
  • The ability to interpret, apply and disseminate drawings, specifications and codes.
  • A commitment to health, safety, cost, and quality conscious.
  • The ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods of time, kneel, reach, briefly work in awkward postures and climb ladders or step stools.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles & environments
  • Completion of a skilled trades program in electrical or automation systems
  • Extensive history of both electrical and leadership experience
  • Previous work with Industrial control systems or PLC integration
