Responsibilities

• Perform as Principal Computer Systems Analyst for classified government contracts
• Maintain Windows administration tasks and network coordination
• Ensure system security compliance per guidelines (ISSM, RMF, STIG)
• Develop and maintain system documentation and troubleshooting procedures
• Support environments using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Provide backup, recovery, and storage management; monitor systems and patching
