Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, Inc. is seeking a Windows Server Lead to direct technical work for Windows Server projects and lead the on-site management of installations.

The lead independently installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems, server platforms, devices, circuits, cables, end-user equipment, and connectivity. This is an on-site position supporting project planning, schedules, milestones, and coordination with Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Seven years of IT experience with multiple relevant projects.
• Experience leading technical personnel and directing installation, upgrade, maintenance, or infrastructure-support activities.
• Experience reviewing technical work products for correctness, design compliance, requirements alignment, quality, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical work on Windows Server projects and coordinate daily activities of technicians.
• Lead on-site management of server installations, sequencing, coordination, quality review, and turnover.
• Install, operate, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Windows Server systems and connectivity.
• Prepare engineering and installation documentation and decision-support materials.
• Deliver technical briefings and project updates to stakeholders.
