Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking a Windows Server Lead to direct technical activities on a federal program. The role involves leading on-site teams through installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IT systems.

You will prepare documentation, briefings, and presentations, coordinating with vendor PMs, TOPCs, and government users to ensure requirements are met and issues resolved. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive IT experience with relevant projects.
• Hands-on Windows Server Administration in enterprise environments.
• DoD 8140 baseline certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee technical activities across assigned projects.
• Lead on-site teams for installation, configuration, operation, maintenance and repair of IT systems.
• Prepare documentation, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendor PMs, government users, and TOPCs to validate requirements.
