Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate our Windows-based application delivery platforms. You will support Epic’s staff, customers, and global training programs from our Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance provided.

The role blends hands-on infrastructure work with automation, hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing, complex services portfolio. Eligible for annual raises and stock grants.

Qualifications

• Experience scripting or programming (PowerShell preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows Server-based application delivery platforms.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows infrastructure for training environments and hosted client systems.
