Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Server Engineer to architect and support a production Windows server environment. You will monitor performance, plan capacity, and drive projects across Windows servers, AD, and related infrastructure.

The role requires deep expertise in Windows Server family, virtualization, clustering, storage, and related technologies, with a willingness to participate in weekend/on-call rotations and to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience preferred.
Expert knowledge of Windows OS (2012/2016/2019/2022) and enterprise components (Domains, DNS, Registries, DHCP/WINS).
Expert knowledge of Microsoft cluster technologies and server clustering, load balancing.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and networking functions (TCP/IP, SNMP).

Responsibilities

Architect and provide expert-level support and strategy for the production Windows server environment.
Maintain proactive performance monitoring and capacity planning for the Windows servers.
Contribute to day-to-day administration and projects related to Windows infrastructure/applications.
Work weekends and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
