Lenmar Consulting Inc. seeks a Senior Server Engineer to architect and support a production Windows server environment, with a focus on performance monitoring and proactive maintenance. You will handle day-to-day administration, projects, and Windows infrastructure deployments across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes AD, clustering, storage, and networking expertise, with on-call weekend coverage. Expect collaboration across teams and hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS (2012-2022) and enterprise components.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft cluster technologies and load balancing.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of VMware vSphere and related products.
• Hyper-V knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAN / EMC storage and SRDF types.
• Knowledge of Windows installation on industry standard hardware.
• Knowledge of IIS, .NET, F5 is a big plus; Dynatrace monitoring is a plus.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, SNMP; subnetting and routing.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Sybase, Oracle, and SQL; MQ Series.
• Good communication, project management and documentation skills.
• Team player with service orientation; on-call rotation 24/7.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and provide expert level support and strategy for the production Windows server environment.
• Maintain proactive performance monitoring of the environment using specific tools.
• Participate in day-to-day support, administration and projects for Windows infrastructure and applications.
• Will be required to work weekends and on-call rotations 24/7.
